I recently saw an ad running on Facebook for 4 items - a hamburger, fries, chicken nuggets, and a soda - for only $4, and it got me thinking. As someone who drinks Shakeology every single day I often have people ask how Rob and I can afford 2 (TWO!) bags of these shakes a month. The short answer is because we see the value in investing in our health and the difference these daily shakes have made for us, so therefore we have chosen to invest our money in them.
