Shake It Up!

Why am I sharing a side-by-side of two photos that look pretty similar? Because I have NEVER maintained my body like this for as long as this before! (and I am both amazed and excited by this change of events!) I have never before had results like this. I have tried all sorts of diets, counted calories, been a gym rat, and even gone to some rather drastic measures to try and lose weight and KEEP IT OFF! But for close on 8 years, every time I have stepped on the scale or looked at "progress photos" I have felt defeated.

Time for Breakfast!

For those of you who know me, you know I really struggle with eating breakfast. I also really struggle with losing weight. I gained 20 pounds after grad school and yo-yo'd like crazy. I had low self-esteem, I tried a ridiculous number of weight-loss options, spent absurd amounts of money on workout classes and supplements (read: pills and shakes), and nothing worked!
