The BEST Tuna Melt Recipe

SERVES 2
Preheat oven to 400°F

  • 1 can light tuna (water)
  • 2 Tbsp pickle relish
  • 3-4 Tbsp mustard
  • 2 Tbsp 2% Greek yoghurt
  • Seasoning of choice

Combine all together.

Place tuna mixture on 2 slices whole-grain toast with sliced tomato, avocado, onion etc (whatever extra veggie toppings you woudl enjoy.
Top with 2 Tbsp shredded cheese (we love shredded mozzarella)

Bake for 4-6 minutes.
Serve immediately, and ENJOY!
