7 Day Clean Week Challenge Results

Anyone else find it REALLY HARD to get back on track once you’re off track? πŸ™‹πŸ»πŸ˜« ugh!

At the beginning of the month we traveled home to go visit my family for 2 weeks, and I ended up leaving South Africa a little more bloated than I arrived 😬 #imighthaveeatenallthefoods πŸ™ˆ

BUT, while I was away, this brand new 7 day program launched…

And so my return-to-feeling-awesome game plan was put in place for when I got back to Boston.

Today was our last day of the 7 day challenge, and these are my results πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Bye-bye sugar cravings (mostly)
Bye-bye lethargy
And yes, bye-bye a few pounds

But, at the end of the day, as much as I do still want to lose those last 10-15 pounds I gained while pregnant, this lifestyle is about SO MUCH MORE!
