Shift Shop is a 3 week program:
You start with 25-minute cardio and strength workouts you can really do, and you’ll be eating a healthy balance of carbs, protein, and fat.
You’re pushing a little harder, workouts are 35 minutes, and consuming more protein and veggies to fuel the burn, while cutting back on starchy carbs. Chris ups the level of activity and intensity just enough to continue to accelerate your endurance and your results, but nothing you can’t handle!
In this week it all comes together! Chris cranks up everything for the last time, with 45-minute workouts and super clean eating, ultimately shifting your body from the one you had 3 weeks ago to one that’s significantly faster, stronger, and leaner.
An entire meal plan is provided, complete with a shopping list, and you’ll get a month’s supply of Shakeology (which is part of the meal plan) included with your challenge pack.
There is a modifier you can follow for every move if needed, so that you can always keep moving and still get a killer workout.
You will get me as your coach, to support and guide you through the entire program, as well as access to our exclusive online support group.
