This past week, myself and my challengers took on Shaun Week – a brand new full body, 7 day boot camp by Shaun T 💪🏼
Each day a new workout was uploaded to the online workout library, and each day we pushed play and dug deep!
It was intense.
It was sweaty.
And it was AWESOME!
Shaun T’s INSANITY was the first home workout program that Rob and I ever did together…in our tiny apartment at the time! 🏠
I used to think that home workouts were lame and that they could never get results.
Well, after getting into the best shape of my life, being able to workout in my own time, in my own space, in whatever clothes I want (or can find), and getting results far beyond what I ever imagined, I am officially a home workout convert!
This past week was a great change of pace and super motivating.
I am 2 pounds down (maybe just from all the sweating, lol), and feel so freakin good!
I will be closing out the month and prepping for my 2017 Summer Boot Camp with the hybrid Shaun Week calendar.
Bring on the sweat!! 💦
