5 Move, Full Body Workout

Looking for a quick, 5-move, full body workout?
I put this Plank Workout together just for you guys!

The plank is one of the best exercises you can do for your core because it builds isometric strength to help sculpt your waistline and improve your posture. You also engage your back, arms, shoulders, glutes, and hamstrings, so it is the perfect full body toning workout. Win!

Here’s what you will be doing:

⭐️ Downdog Split to Ankle Taps
8 reps on each side (slow and controlled)

⭐️ Downdog Split to Oblique Crunch
8 reps on each side (slow and controlled)

⭐️ Plank Jack In and Out Abs
45 seconds, 15 second break

⭐️ High Plank Cross-Climbers
45 seconds, 15 second break

⭐️ High Plank alternating Knee to Elbow
45 seconds, 15 second break

Keep you core engaged the whole time, and if your wrists need a little extra support place a folded towel under the heel of your hand.
Repeat this mini workout 2 more times!
