Mini Mom Workout

So, someone is going through what I can only assume is his 4 month sleep regression phase. It seems to be making him more cranky, unable to sleep for longer than 45 minutes at night, he needs to nurse 24/7, and can absolutely NOT be put down, so I have been stuck in this chair pretty much all day!

I am sure I am not the only mom trapped under a tiny human all day, so I thought I would throw together a “Mini Mom Workout” for all my fellow booby-trapped moms!

8 reps of L-shaped leg lifts (toes pointing up)  
8 reps of straight leg lifts (toes pointing out)
Make sure you do both sides!
Repeat 2 more times.
