I was getting my PiYo workout done last night while the tiny human slept on his lounger next to me. We were all doing just fine until the last few minutes…so this is how we ended!
This is a great butt workout. Give it a try!
On all fours:
• 8 leg extensions, swing leg to the side, take it back and tuck it in
• 8 straight leg circles
• 8 toe taps
Lower down onto your elbows:
• 8 knee tucks to leg lifts
In forearm plank:
• 8 straight leg lifts
Do both sides and engage your core the whole time (no sway back!)
