Each day I will share some easy recipes, healthy holiday tips, and a 5 minute workout that will target specifc areas of your body, and that you can do in your living room in your own time – no equipment needed. There will also be a water drinking challenge each day, to help you flush out toxins, brighten your skin, and make sure you stay hydrated and happy!
