Move of the Day: Single Leg Squat to Pistol Squat

Want a crazy move to try out?
This is one of the moves from the brand new program The Master’s Hammer and Chisel, with Autumn Calabrese and Sagi Kalev.

Do 15 reps on the right leg, 15 on the left leg, take a 20 second rest, and REPEAT!
