Time for Breakfast!
For those of you who know me, you know I really struggle with eating breakfast. I also really struggle with losing weight.
I gained 20 pounds after grad school and yo-yo’d like crazy. I had low self-esteem, I tried a ridiculous number of weight-loss options, spent absurd amounts of money on workout classes and supplements (read: pills and shakes), and nothing worked!
I had known about Shakeology since 2009, but just always felt it was too expensive, or that I was so healthy I didn’t need it, yet I was still struggling with poor body image and lugging around those extra 20 pounds.
Last year I decided to make a change. I dove in head first, absolutely petrified that I’d fail AGAIN and waste even more money, but it was my last hope!
I have never looked back! With clean eating (although I’m still working on that), working out, and replacing one meal a day with my shakes, I have seen the craziest results. Things I never thought my body was capable of!
It’s scary to try new things, and worry you’re just going to fail again, but you are worth it. You are worth the effort of looking after your body and feeling great!
