Who else struggles to eat breakfast?
I really struggle to eat breakfast in the mornings. It has always made me feel sluggish and tired, too full, and just kinda gross. I have heard my entire life that breakfast is the healthiest meal of the day and I HAVE TO eat it to be healthy. Well, since starting this health and fitness lifestyle, and educating myself so that I in turn can help others, I have learnt that *shock and horror* DIFFERENT THINGS WORK FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE!
We are not all the same, we do not all have the same needs, we do not all function in the same way. I listened to a few podcasts a while ago (another great perk of being a coach – since you are investing in other people’s lives you get to invest a lot in your own!) and I heard an interview with Dr. Pamela Peeke and Dr. Sarah Solomon where they provided some astoundingly informative and interesting research.
Since then I have changed my eating habits a little and the changes in my body have been amazing. I still do my daily workouts, but ONLY 20-30 minutes a day. Whoop whoop!
