I love running our monthly FREE groups, it is such a great way to give back and be able to help others. So, for our free group in August I will be running a 7 day “Mind and Body Wellness” challenge. It will be 7 days of personal development, clean eating, healthy recipes, and short workouts, and everything will provided for free!
