Move of the Day: Bird Dog Plank Crunch

Here’s a fun move to start off your week, Bird Dog Plank Crunch
I find it particularly challenging to keep my balance in this one, but it really works your full body – every muscle you have, and some you don’t have. You can modify by lower to the knee of the stabilizing leg.
