Move of the Day: Plank Walk Tuck Jump

Here’s your Monday Move, Plank Walk Tuck Jump!
Get that week started right, and have a little fun challenging yourself to keep going with this move for as long as you can. If you need to modify step your feet one at a time, instead of jumping, and do a squat instead of a tuck jump. Start a timer and let me know how it goes. Have fun!
