Vanilla Cinnamon Chia Pudding

I had never tried chia pudding until about 2 weeks ago when I made this. I was not too sure what to expect – I had been told that it has a very ‘different’ texture and that is often the reason people don’t enjoy it. Well, I found this vanilla cinnamon chia pudding to be really tasty and I had no problem with the texture.
You can have this as a dessert, or you can have it for breakfast (I would be sure to add a side of protein though).
If you are following the 21 Day Fix fitness and nutrition program, I would count this as 1 orange, 1 yellow, and 1 purple (if you add the fruit), but I would also recommend only having it once or twice a week.
