Move of the Day: Plank Jack In & Out Abs

Today’s move of the day is a little shoutout to Shaun T, creator of Insanity Max: 30 (which is just completed in March). This was one of the moves I love: Plank Jack In and Out Abs.

Go for 3 sets of 1 minute each. Keep your core engaged, head and spine in neutral position, and hands directly under shoulders when in plank position. Good Luck!
