Our Fit for ’15 Facebook Group is starting this 30 Day Plank Challenge (I am starting today), who wants to join in the planking fun?
Planks are great for building core strength, as well as working your glutes, quads, and calves – pretty much everything is working while you are holding plank. Make sure to BREATHE, deep inhales and long exhales, and remember there is always movement in balance, so allow your body to be easy. Crank up the music and HAVE FUN!
