This 15 minute video explains why PiYo is an amazing companion program for any endurance athlete, and covers the time-saving benefits of getting your stretching done in your workouts instead of after them, the benefits of increased flexibility, core strength, upper body strength, and lower body strength, as well as the injury prevention implications of doing PiYo.
