Healthy Guilt-Free Fudge

This is also known as Strala Fudge in our house since I originally found the recipe through Tara Stiles, the founder and CEO of Strala Yoga (radiant, awesome, and inspiring yoga!)
It is simple, easy, and delicious. You can add anything you like to it, just remember to store it in a sealed container in the freezer!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup coconut oil (soft)
  • 4-5 tbsp nut butter (we love peanut butter, but almond butter is also delicious!)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (if desired)
  • Optional Extras (add to taste): shredded coconut flakes, slivered almonds, anything else you want.

Directions:

Line a glass dish with cling-wrap (I do a double layer just to be sure).
Mix all the ingredients together until creamy. Pour into the lined glass dish, and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Remove from freezer and cut into bite-sized blocks. Enjoy!

NOTE: Make sure you store them in the freezer, they do melt!
