The Daily Routine:
Each day started with Shakeology (you can choose your flavor) + a serving of fruit. I really enjoy my Shakeology (Chocolate is my favorite flavor), so this was a great way to start the day!
Next up was the mid-morning Fiber Sweep. Not my favorite taste, but you drink it so fast that it doesn’t really make a difference what it tastes like. TIP: Use extra cold water, mix and drink right away – DO NOT let it sit!
For lunch you get to have a serving of veggies, fruit, and a healthy fat + the Vanilla Fresh shake. Easy and delicious.
There are great selections for your mid-afternoon snack included in the Program booklet that comes with the 3 Day Refresh. I opted for carrots and hummus (yum!).
Dinner was another Vanilla Fresh shake + one of the meals included in the Program booklet. I had the asparagus and almonds one of the nights, and the cucumber and tomato salad the other 2 nights. All the meals looked delicious!

I also highly recommend continuing with Shakeology for the rest of the month after completing the cleanse, it has really made a big difference for me, and I attribute the additional 2lb weight loss to this change in my diet.

You can use it anytime you want to kickstart a cleaner diet, get rid of the bloat, and just give your body a break from bad habits.
